You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our apps does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our applications.

2. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Certain features within our iOS apps may be offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
• Cancellations: No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by **iThinkdiff** and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Content

Our apps may allow you to create notes or save data. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. iThinkdiff does not claim ownership over your data. However, for apps using iCloud, your data is stored on Apple's servers and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall **iThinkdiff** be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

7. "As Is" Disclaimer

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. iThinkdiff expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
