These Terms of Service govern your use of all iThinkdiff / Onedic services and apps. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use our services or apps.
If you are using iThinkdiff on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization. The Terms may be revised from time to time — by continuing to use our services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
For auto-renewing subscriptions completed in our iOS apps, the following terms apply:
- You can cancel a free trial or subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal through your iTunes Account Settings. This must be done at least 24 hours before the end of a free trial or subscription period to avoid being charged.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Intellectual Property Rights
iThinkdiff / Onedic and its licensors exclusively own all iThinkdiff / Onedic apps and services, including all associated intellectual property rights. Our apps are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary notices.
iThinkdiff / Onedic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, copy, and display our apps solely in connection with your permitted use.
General Prohibitions
You agree not to do — or attempt to do — any of the following:
- Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of iThinkdiff / Onedic or its computer systems.
- Interfere with or attempt to interfere with the access of any user, host, or network.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any iThinkdiff / Onedic system or network, or breach any security or authentication measures.
- Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide our services.
- Access or download intellectual property from iThinkdiff / Onedic through unauthorized engines, software, or tools.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Encourage or enable any other individual to do any of the above.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content at any time and without notice, including if we consider it to be in violation of these Terms. We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion and without notice — for example, if you are not complying with these Terms, or if your use would cause us legal liability. If we suspend or terminate your use, we will try to let you know in advance where possible. You may cancel your account at any time by emailing feedback.ithinkdiff@gmail.com.
Disclaimers
iThinkdiff / Onedic services and apps are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We explicitly disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that our services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless iThinkdiff / Onedic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs arising out of or connected with: (i) your access to or use of our services; (ii) your content; or (iii) your violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
Neither iThinkdiff / Onedic nor any party involved in creating, producing, or delivering our services will be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages — including lost profits, loss of data, service interruption, or cost of substitute services — arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
General Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between iThinkdiff / Onedic and you regarding our services, superseding any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
