Kids Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

This policy applies to all iThinkdiff apps labelled “Made for Kids” on the App Store.

iThinkdiff ("we", "us") makes educational games for children. We care about the privacy of every player, especially children. This policy explains, in plain terms, what our children's apps do and do not do with information. It applies to every iThinkdiff app marked "Made for Kids" on the App Store.

1. We Do Not Collect Any Personal Data

Our kids apps do not collect, store on our servers, transmit, sell, or share any personal information from anyone — including children under the age of 13. These apps have no user accounts, no login, and no sign-up.

2. Information Stored Only on the Device

Our kids apps save a small amount of data locally on the device so the game works, such as:

  • Game progress and earned stars or rewards
  • Settings (such as sound on/off)
  • Whether an optional in-app purchase has been made

This information stays on the device, is never sent to us or any third party, and is removed if the app is deleted.

3. No Advertising, No Tracking, No Analytics

  • Our kids apps contain no advertising and no third-party ad networks.
  • They contain no third-party analytics or tracking software.
  • They do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and do not track you across apps or websites.
  • They do not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos.

4. In-App Purchases

If one of our kids apps offers an in-app purchase, it is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your name, payment card, or billing information. To protect children, any purchase is placed behind a parental gate (an adult must complete a short task, such as answering a math question, before the purchase screen appears).

5. No Communication or Shared Content

Our kids apps have no chat, no messaging, and no social features, and no way for users to create or share content with others.

6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Because these apps collect no personal information from any user, they comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws, including the GDPR provisions for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has somehow provided us personal information, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we change an app in a way that affects privacy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
